Most people have leadership potential beyond what they imagine. Additionally, I have leadership responsibility at work and with orgainzations I do volunteer work for.

Support, Encourage and Make a Difference
Most of us have the potential to lead so what are we waiting for? The reality is that our confidence and financial state varies greatly, so we have to be willing to support each other in various ways. One way to encourage people is to invite them to events sponored by the White House Project. Attending the trainings or events are sure to move one to lead at work or play.
