- I own my own business and I am leader in the community. I am the incoming President of the Board of Directors for Virginia League for Planned Parenthood. I chair the Community Involvement committee for one of the local American Business Women's Association. I co-chair the local chapter of the Women's Franchise Committee for the International Franchise Association. I also write my own blog: www.gettickledpink.typepad.com. And most importantly, I am a mom.

I'm amazed at the results I get by starting with a positive expectation. Beginning with the end you desire in mind allows you to plan accordingly. Unfortunately, we're often taught to address the "challenges" first which supports a negative-thinking approach. Positive is definitely more effective!
