The world needs more people who are able to communicate effectively, especially when delivering information that may not be appreciated or is unexpected. However, it is more important to become a better listener than speaker. My experience shows that I needed to listen more, to hear people. I am then able to communicate better since I have heard how someone else feels about or perceives a situation or event. Best to you. Stay in touch.
All the best! Victoria
