I'm back!!! I listen and when a story starts to repeat itself, there must be something wrong or missing to have persons describe the same frustrations over and over again. I usually do one of two things, find the part in the line where the communication break down begins, or try and find the resource or a group of people dedicated to helping me design a resource so that the same frustrations do not continue to repeat themselves. I also celebrate those that find the resources in themselves to create change.

Hi Laurie!

Please verify you received my previous comment on your page. When I submitted an answer to the question you posted on my page, I saw a message saying that you moderate all comments. Thanks.

Hi Laurie!

Yes, I have talked with people about "just going for it", with respect to their dreams and it depends on what the dream is as to what path should be taken. It helps to develop an exciting plan to reach milestones that enables a person to accomplish his/her goals. Is there anything specific you are thinking about, or were you asking in general?

Thank you for the comment.

It was soooo great seeing some of you at the Women Winning Forum last nite! What an inspirational group, what wonderful mentors, how humbling that I am part of a group that IS going to change everything with our addition to MN politics. Good luck to all of you, I know all of you will accomplish your goals.

I went to a debate tonight to show support for one of our Debate Bootcamp alumn! It was for Representative Districts 48A and B. Debate Bootcamp Graduate Sharon Lawrence went up against incumbent Tom Hackbarth. Sharon did an awesome job relating stories from being out doorknocking, her own personal experiences, and so much more. Way to go Sharon!!!
There is another Debate being held in Elk River, MN this Saturday if you wish to attend.
