In 100 words or less tell us how you are a leader
Some believe that leaders are born leaders, I believe otherwise. It is my belief that leaders, evolve out of need with the courage to persist until the end, all the while motivating those around them to help rise to the occassion. Leaders are the art of necessity.

Hi! Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to hear about your changes but I know that you are a strong woman of faith and can weather any storm. As for me, I am now 2 1/2 years in remission and very thankful. I have been doing a lot of breast cancer awareness advocacy and speaking engagements promoting my book. We are getting ready to celebrate my daughter's Sweet Sixteen and I am so happy to be here to see it! I am here if you ever need to talk.

Jo'el, that would be great! I was talking with Sandra Lopez and Lupe Valesquez just last week about getting together. Let me know what day you are in town and we can definitely catch up.
Also, here's my official e-mail and work number:

Hey Jo'el! It was also great meeting you last weekend. I will always hold fond memories of you saying..."We've all had gourmet salads before!"...Priceless.

Thanks for your encouraging words. I may have potential, but you're ready! I hope to hear news that you will be running soon and please know that you can count on my help!

Women Rule!
Warmest welcome from a sister and friend,
Who will stand with you in spirit to the very end.
What a powerful witness you have to share,
So know that this sister will lift you up with prayers.
Be encouraged and hopeful in every way,
Feel free to whisper, sing or shout joyfully throughout the day:
Women rule!
If we band together in one clear voice,
We can crescendo together in a joyful noise.
The melody of women, who collaborate and work together,
Will send a resounding message that will last forever.
Women rule!

PS: Please feel free to grace my page with your words of wisdom, a poem, a thought or even a kind word of encouragement for all women to see. Blessings to you now and always!

What a striking photo! Welcome to the network. I like your statement that leaders evolve and not born. Leadership is not an entitlement.
