- In 100 words or less tell us how you are a leader
- My leadership qualities are organizing, decision making , delegating and analyicial. I can get people to organizd on an issue I feel strongly about. I was taking a computer class and the computers were out dated and could not perform to the standards of the student to complete their assignment. I suggested that we write a letter to the Executive Director of our union to inform him of our dissatisfaction of the equipment. I drafted a letter and attached a petition for all classmates to sign. Our class did not get to reap the benefits at the time but the computers were upgraded. I did get an opportunity to use the new computer swhen I took my next computer class Microsoft Office Specialist. I am also a critical thinker.

Strong women
I am a strong women with strong opinions which gets me in trouble. sometimes. I willaddress any issue head on and and stand by any decision I make. Most males do not care for strong will women but when they needed a special project completed in the eleventh hour they would call on me to get the job done. After saving them in their trying times they have learned how to value my opinion.
