My department is responsible for generating $4million dollars annually to the company. I feel very strongly about sharing the knowledge and expertise I acquired throughout my years both personally and professionally with young people to help them understand who they are and how important it is to strive for their dreams whatever they are.

Hello Evelyn! How are things going? Anything new on your end? I finally launched NaturalEarth...yeah...and I am busy getting volunteers for our first fundraising event. Life is hectic but no complaints.

Hello Evelyn! I was happy to hear from you! Glad to hear that all is going well for you and that you are keeping busy. I was very disappointed by the way the Maximize group fell off the map for a time...Micaela and Thais have both had a great amount of changes to deal with and it seemed best to just take a hiatus. Micaela has not had much time to contribute to her project as she has moved twice since then and had to deal with being laid off and a great deal more. I am helping her get things moving...it is a great project and will be a great contribution to women. Thais has finished her Masters degree and has been looking to where it will take her as well as reuniting with her family who has been waiting patiently while she finished school in another state.

As for me, well I was greatly discouraged with the way things went, and just had to take a break to figure things out. It all sort of fell apart right when we were supposed to work on my project...funny how things work that way. I would like to revive the group and move it to a better place where we can work together with a few understandings more than we made clear from the start on this site. The group has been reopened on Linkedln and we have a web page and when that is all done we will pull it together and start anew. If you would like to participate I think you will find that it will be a lot better this time around.

Let me know and keep me up on what is going on with you. I have enjoyed our friendship and hope you will stick around for the long haul on this group; as with anything else we are just working out the bugs!!!

Have a great day!!!

Hello Evelyn! I wanted to apologize for the conference line glitch we encountered yesterday. Apparently Sunday evening is a popular time to host calls and none of us were able to get on.

I tried for about 20 minutes and then gave up. If you are still interested in participating I will assign you to a group and a team leader will contact you shortly so we can get this "show on the road"!

Thanks for your patience! Hope you are doing well!

Have a great day!

Hello Evelyn! I just wanted to pop on and say hello and to let you know that we will be having the Maximize conference call on Sunday at 9:30 PM (EST). If you cannot make it on, but would like to participate then let me know and I will put you into an assignment.

I also wanted to remind you the form for mentorship application has been added to our group page, so if you would like to apply for mentorship then pull it down, fill it out and get it back to me so we can calendar your project.

Hope you are doing great! Have a wonderful day!

Hi Stacy, I am so sorry I missed the call, I did not check my e mail yesterday so I was not aware of the call otherwise I would have been able to join. I will check the site for the tasks and hope to be able to make a contribution.

Hello Evelyn! We had the first conference call this evening for the Maximized group mentorship for Day2Productions. I will be posting the notes on the call and placing on the boards the first task for the group. We will have two days to complete the task and then be hosting another short call to go through task #2. We keep the calls to 30 minutes so we do not tie things up for everyone.

I hope you will be able to join us in the tasks assigned and in the next call as well. Please let me know if you have any questions, otherwise watch the site for the first group assignment.

Take care and I will talk to you soon!

Thank you for getting back with me Evelyn...we will let you know when the phone conferences will be so that you can join in the discussion and be assigned a task.

I hope you are doing well. It has been a while since I have spoken with you. How are things going? I did not get your message below until now. Sorry. Bea has quite a bit of information to go through, some of which she said will be very helpful to her and her partner in getting started. Her biggest obstacle is deciding how to structure it and who to partner with to get it started. The rest I think will fall together as she sets it up. She will keep in contact so we can see how things go from here. She will be helping with this new project as well.

Take care and I look forward to speaking with you soon.

Hi Stacy, I have been reading your comments to Bea and you have some great suggestions. I think Bea has more than enough information to get started. One of the challenges you encounter with a project such as hers is what to do first. I hope she does not get overwhelmed by all there is to do. I would imagine that finding the means to fund this project would be the biggest and first step she should take and that would involve developing a very solid Business Plan. Do you know how far she has progressed with developing this project now that she has all of our suggestions?

Thank you Evelyn! I really enjoy working with everyone in our program. It is so refreshing to be a part of a group of women who want to help one another succeed. In my business you see a lot of cut throat operations and there are very few women, so this is a nice change.
Thank you for your participation in the program...a lot of women are MIA right now, but thank you for hanging in with us as we pave the way together.
Have a great day!
