I have started an organization called Synergy, which is a fusion of passion I have along with two others, for helping women reach their fullest potential. I would also like to start my own business. I was the first in my family to graduate from college and will be one of many to leave a legacy of service in my community. I am also a mother of four. I work in non profit as a fund-raiser, so I have knowledge that can help others. I have a BS and MBA in marketing. I am very happy and excited to be apart of this community

Are you on Facebook and LinkedIn?

I would like to connect with you there also. I am trying to make more friends and fans so that I can spread awareness for breast cancer during pregnancy. I was diagnosed Stage 3 in the 5th month of my pregnancy in May. My status updates on Facebook and LinkedIn are usually about my fight.

I am glad to hear that you and your family are OK. Thank you for agreeing to help...you are such a great person to work with and you have so much to contribute.

I have a call scheduled with Micaela this afternoon and she is supposed to email me the treatment example she has. I have a few things already and I will get it out to you and Mimi this afternoon after I speak with her and receive it all. Through this call I am trying to pinpoint any concerns she has so we do not waste our time 'chasing our tails' so to say.

I am still waiting to hear from Mimi, but 9:30 PM your time would be all right with me...just have to make sure with her as that is an hour later our time. If not then I can speak with each of you and then we can always talk as a group later.

So, I will get back with you this afternoon on email and then we will talk this evening at 9:30 your time. Go ahead and call the conference line.

Talk to you later! Have a great day!

Hello Bea! I hope that all is well with you and your family. I know you have been getting hit with some nasty weather and I hope that it has not been too bad for you all.

I just wanted to invite you to work with Mimi and I on the preparation of the treatment for Micaela's project. The treatment is basically a written proposal for one to take to a production company in regards to a proposed television series, etc.

I have several examples for us to work with so it should not take us too long if we work together. If you accept this 'challenge' then I would like to set a brief call between the three of us and then set to work on it. We have some neat tools to help us along and I will go over that in the call. Let me know some times tomorrow that are best for you and we will go from there.

Take care and I will talk to you soon!

Hello! Sorry that your little one is sick...never a good thing, but especially not at the beginning of the year. Wow another school year, and now my little guy just started pre-school, so half my day is spent running kids back and forth to school with baby in tow. Add in their sports and all that jazz and it certainly makes for an even crazier schedule. Nice thing is all the kids love being in school, and when they are happy life is good.

Thank you for jumping on to the site...I have definitely learned a few things since your mentorship and am trying to integrate them as we go along...keep everyone moving forward.

I love the chance to work with women to help one another...it is a great feeling to see others realize their dreams. Now if I could just get my own companies moving life would just be grand!

Take care and keep in touch. I always enjoy hearing from you and I am very glad to have you on board with this project. You are a wonderful lady, and a great asset to the team.

Talk to you soon! Have a great day!

Hello Bea! Hope all is well with you! Just wanted to let you know that we have started the next mentorship project for Day2Productions. We had the first call tonight and it is starting out slow just as yours did, but we have some really great people who want help, just as we did in yours. I missed having you on there and hope that you will join us in helping Micaela along in her project. The thing I love about her project is that it can actually help each of us along as the women's show will touch upon political and social issues that women today face and well that pretty much includes anything that we are all doing.

I will be posting the notes for the first call to the Maximized page as well as the first task for the group. We have two days to complete the task and then we will be holding a 30 minute conference call to go through task #2. Let me know if you have any questions.

I hope that you and your family are doing well. A new school year has started and life is already abuzz...now we have school and sports to throw into the mix...isn't life grand!

Take care and I will talk to you soon!

Bea, I just added some ideas a minute ago - hope they are helpful. I see that the first couple tasks do not have responses yet - maybe you could add a response to each of these with some examples from your notes? I found it easier to generate ideas when reading others comments. Maybe that would work for the rest of the tasks as well?
Do you feel like this is helping you? How does your partner feel about all this? Here's wishing you all the best (and extra time in your day since I'm sure you're wondering how you're supposed to get all these new ideas accomplished!).

Hey! Just wanted to let you know that we have the same concerns. The team will be posting a reminder to the whole Maximized group and we will see if that sparks some interest. I think people are confused about how they can help, so hopefully the note will clear that up. If it does nothing by Monday then perhaps setting up a conference call or online chat session may help. If you set up chat sessions online in 10 minute intervals and invited the group on to participate, and did this two or three times per day next week then perhaps this will also jump start participation. What do you think?

Hang in there...we are forging a new path, and you know that is never easy.
