Leading by example
This is one of the first endeavors that I honestly have felt comfortable. I don't know if it was applying for the contest, but I always step up to the plate for everything I do and give 200% but I am not always met with positivity because alot of people feel I am very blessed and should be grateful. Which I am, but this network is allowing me the opportunity to engage in conversations with peers and mentors without feeling I'm taking the lead. I am AMONG LEADERS. It feels great.

I like the fact that I can look honestly at myself and feel pride for trying my best at everything I do, that means at times falling, making some mistakes and a wonderful learning curve, but the whole point is to give it all, just as you said, 200%. My dream is to ensure I can be at my best at facilitating, helping others to feel at their best by believing they can achieve their own dreams by visualizing the best and designing alternatives to get there. As a mom I have no choice but to lead by example my girls in loving themselves, the way they are, feeling empathy by their peers, forgiving and moving on when times - even at their early ages - get tough. Yes, WE all ARE leaders as we are moving our paths in the direction we want and hopefully influencing/impacting others in our journey.
